Our automated monitoring tools alerted us to slow response from the WorkRite application. A restart of the WorkRite services initially resolved the issue. However, once restarted it became clear the application was still unresponsive. A full restart of services was performed and the application returned to service at 10:10am.
Other services were not affected.
